Michael helped my wife and I buy a modest townhome in Palm Desert. We are Canadians who were seeking a winter vacation home. The commission he earned was a pittance, but he never wavered from providing us full service, showing us a variety of properties, answering all our questions, and guiding us through the purchase process. His knowledge of the Palm Desert area and the local market was invaluable. We felt completely comfortable throughout the transaction and would gladly work with him again.
