Who to Choose!
There are many smiling faces in the marketplace all eager to help you buy or sell real estate. After reading a few realtor bios you will probably be dizzy with all the glowing descriptions of their talent and abilities.
In fact no one is capable of being all things to all people. Everyone brings something to the table.
My suggestion is this: ask yourself what a Realtor should be employed to do for you? Above all know that the person you choose will be helping you make some pretty important financial decisions. That person needs to have a true knowledge of the entire process. Just obtaining your salespersons license is not enough, in my opinion, to truly understand the entire process of investing in real estate. Because, even if you are just buying a primary residence, it is an investment. One that can bring you long term financial rewards. Being a multi-million dollar producer is a good thing, and I am one, but in my opinion to understand the investment side of real estate you have to have done it for yourself.

GRI certified - This means I have over 92 EXTRA classroom hours in all aspects of real estate.
e-PRO certified - This is a National association of Realtors Course that teaches Realtors how to use the internet properly to market real estate. Fewer than 10% of the agents have this in a market where 82% of the clients are starting their searches online.
Genuine Knowledge of the area
I am not about High Pressure sales. My goal is not to SELL you anything. I am here to help you do the research that will lead us to the right property for you. I will help you define your choices, explore the market and make a decision without ever pressuring you in anyway.
Specialization
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences -- both homes and condos -- within the cities of Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, La Quinta, Indian Wells and Palm Desert. I keep current of all activity in these areas, and I'm also aware of homes that are not listed but are for sale.
In Real Estate there are many fanciful slogans about service but few definitions. Let me define service for you. It is my total dedication to the process of buying or selling your real estate. Protecting you every step of the way using my knowledge to make the transaction not only smooth but safe. Each transaction involves a myriad of different situations and I consider it my primary job to keep you informed of your rights and your options every step of the way.
I work very hard to stay on top of the market. Touring hundreds of homes every month, networking, taking seminars and staying connected with trade publications.
Commercial Expertise. For 16 years in my other buisness I negotiated commercial leases. If you are looking to purchase a small buisness opportunity I can help guide you thru the process of negotiating, understanding and implementing the lease. These sales are usually much more time consuming but if you are in the market please give me a call and I will see if my abilities fit your goals.
